Здравствуйте! Подскажите, пожалуйста, у меня тоже почти такая же история, но я после незаполненной анкеты на сайте USAFIS, нашел через друзей из Америки настоящий сайт "www.dvlottery.state.gov" и заполнил анкету в 2009 году (бесплатно). Но я её не выиграл. А теперь мне пришло письмо:
