Добрый вечер всем. Внимательно читал и следил за этой темой. Мой кейс намбер был 28***. После августовского бюллитеня стало ясно, что я пролетаю как фанера над Парижем. Обидно было еще и потому, что играл в первый раз и сразу выиграл. Но не судьба. Причина моей регистрации в том, что хочу успокоить народ, который все еще надеется на чудо. К сожалению его не будет. Вчера получил новый паспорт. Написал в Кентукки, чтобы разблокировали мой аккаунт для ввода нового серийного номера. Ответ получил сегодня. Корирую ниже переписку:

Your DV regional rank number is above the specified allocation cut-off number. September is the final month of the DV-2018 program year, and since your rank number never fell within the specified allocation cut-off, your case never became eligible to be scheduled for an interview.

The final cutoff numbers for the DV 2018 program have been established. No further interviews will be scheduled, even if a case number has become current. Your case will not be scheduled for an interview in the DV 2018 program. There will be no further processing on your case and your case will not be unlocked. You may apply for future DV programs, though you will be given no preference based on your selection in the DV 2018 program.

Registration for the 2019 Diversity Visa program (DV-2019) is closed. Registration for the 2020 Diversity Visa program (DV-2020) will be available on the website (www.dvlottery.state.gov) in October 2018. The entry form will be available for submission during this period and this period only. The website at www.dvlottery.state.gov is the only way to register for DV-2020. Entries will NOT be accepted through the U.S. Postal Service.

In order for the Kentucky Consular Center to assist with inquiries regarding a specific Diversity Visa (DV) case, you must provide the Principal Applicant's full name, complete case number, and date of birth in the following format (MMDDYYYY) as entered on the original entry. Please remember that the Kentucky Consular Center does not have the authority to tell you whether or not your specific case will be disqualified. Only a consular officer can do that at the time of your visa interview. Do not send any paper documents to the Kentucky Consular Center.
